Note: Medicines, supplements, and support items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons.

Eligible Returns

For other eligible products, you may request a return within 1 day of receiving your item. To qualify, the item must be:

• In the same condition you received it (unused, unopened, and in original packaging)
• With tags (if applicable)
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
